All products are manufactured by CNC machines. From die-casting, machining to assembly, all of our goods will undergo a series of tests before shipment.
How we solve problems:
1)Describe clearly what you want & discuss with our sales, to check which model is the most suitable for you.
2)If the possible problems happened, please check if the products was used in the correct way & position? To see if the air is clean & environment has mild temperature & pressure, if the input pressure is within the working pressure range, if there are something dirty inside the solenoid valve & caused the coil burnt,etc.
3)If everything is correct, please feedback to BEOT sales immediately & we will check if anything wrong in the design or manufacturing & improve it as your needs.
4)Any feedback of problems is welcomed & after that we can share with more users to save the possible lose. |
